Welcome to Bikram Yoga Hazel Dell's Blog! Our studio has been in business since May 4, 2013 and our instructors boast over 50 years cumulative experience teaching and practicing Bikram’s beginning yoga class.
We will share our collective experiences, both on and off the mat, to help you allow yoga to change your life. We believe that yoga can improve your body and your mind, giving you more energy, a leaner and meaner physique, and greater mental clarity.
